Walter Wallace Jr.'s police shooting murder, a Philadelphia man in a mental health crisis who attacked cops with a knife, sparked widespread outrage in the city. Numerous incidents of police personnel being assaulted and fleeing from protesters on the first night of disturbance. On the second night, however, it looked as if the police were the ones rioting, and an innocent woman and her child were caught in the crossfire. Several riot police are seen swarming an SUV in a video uploaded to Twitter. They began bashing through all the windows on both sides for an unexplained purpose, with total disregard for anybody inside. When the driver's side door is opened, the driver is dragged from the car while police continue to beat him with their batons. He is pushed to the ground and continues to be beaten by the police. Rickia Young, the passenger, is also dragged from the car and assaulted. It's eerily similar to the Rodney King beating, but worse since a kid was involved. This M

Cops Were Aware of Children in the Car yet Performed a PIT Maneuver Resulting in the Death of a 12-Year-Old Boy Due to a Speeding Ticket

In the land of the free, the police will go to violent and often lethal lengths to uphold even the most arbitrary "law." If police assert that they see you violating one of these arbitrary rules, such as speeding, they claim the authority to arrest and extort you. If you refuse to submit to this extortion, the police will assert their authority to abduct you. And, as the following sad example from Georgia demonstrates, if you fight the abduction, authorities will use lethal force against you, even children. Last week, Charlie Moore was driving his 14-year-old son and 12-year-old buddy Leden Boykins home after a job cleaning parking lots for extra money. On the way home, cops attempted to collect money from Moore by saying he was driving too fast. Moore was pulled over along Highway 92 in Paulding County for "driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed," and when ordered out of the vehicle for a speeding ticket, he resisted, claiming fear due to a large number of

IN LAGOS, POLICE EXTRA-JUDICIAL KILLINGS: The Take It Back Movement's Lagos Chapter Condemns Monsura Ojuade's Murder and Demands Justice and An End To Killings

“We, the Take It Back Movement Lagos, firmly condemn the extrajudicial killing of an 18-year-old admission seeker, Monsurat Ojuade, by a trigger-happy police officer on September 11, 2021, in Lagos State.” “We also condemn the Lagos police for attempting to hide the truth by releasing a fabricated police report unrelated to the heinous event that resulted in Monsurat Ojuade's death on September 11, 2021.” “Mosurat Ojuade, who was seeking university admission after getting 236 points on the JAMB test, was murdered during a regular illegal and unlawful search in Surulere area by a trigger-happy police officer identified as Samuel Phillips.” “Monsura Ojuade and her sister took refuge inside their home while the invader ravaged the neighbourhood,” an eyewitness said. When their mother hurried to lock the gate, the police officer shot close range into it. Monsurat Ojuade was first admitted to a public hospital but was refused treatment due to the strike. Her family hurried her to anothe

Consider yourself sitting in your house, doing nothing illegal and socialising with your family, when you hear a disturbance outside your back door. As you rush to check what it is, you are shot in the stomach by a police officer. Then picture fighting for two years to bring that police officer responsibly but never receiving accountability. Regrettably, there is no need to fantasise about Tari Davis and his family. On a website, Davis established, this innocent parent describes in graphic detail how it feels to witness such a heinous act. Consider this scenario: You're sitting with your children watching a movie on a Saturday night, and minutes later you're laying in a hallway with a bullet in your stomach. Now picture a police officer shooting you in your own house for no reason. Consider how you would feel if you were bleeding uncontrollably. Consider the police stepping over your body as you begin to lose consciousness; they search your house, separating you from your famil

Army Veteran Found Not Guilty After Body Camera Confirmed He Shot at Police Officers in Self Defense

Last year, when George Floyd's murder triggered nationwide demonstrations and rioting, Americans watched as the police state bared its fangs. The PBWW website documented many incidents of police brutality against peaceful demonstrators, including policemen in California shooting a grandma in the face with a rubber bullet. Numerous people were severely harmed by police brutality, with others losing their sight permanently. It was a terrible occupation during which many innocent individuals were victims of police brutality. Jaleel Stallings, 29, was one of these victims, but unlike his grandmother, he was able to defend himself against an unjustified police assault. However, his act of self-defence resulted in his being charged with attempted murder. Though other demonstrators engaged in vandalism, rioting, and looting, Stallings was one of the many nonviolent protesters. However, his innocence was no protection against police brutality. On May 30, officers exploited a curfew enforce

The Government Issues a Cease and Desist Order Against Kodak Black for Donating Air Conditioning Units to Housing Projects

In July, when residents of the Golden Acres Projects sweltered in their houses amid an oppressive Florida heatwave, rapper Kodak Black decided to step in and assist them. On July 4, Black came into the area with a vehicle loaded with 100 air conditioners to distribute. He distributed the units personally, going door to the house. “We're out here handing out air conditioners and assisting with installation,” Kodak said in a video uploaded on social media. “We do it for the projects, we do it for the projects, we do it for the projects. The populace is subsisting on a little amount of cash. We'll bring you all air conditioners, dude; we're out here.” Numerous people were moved to tears by the gesture of kindness that may have actually saved some of their lives. “Oftentimes, people get things wrong. They're all like, 'Man, Kodak sleeps, Kodak this, and Kodak that.' Now, take a look at this. Kodak is back in his neighborhood, dude, and he is giving back. This is not

Finally, Charges Have Been Filed Against the Cops and EMTs Who Drugged and Choked Elijah McClain to Death

Elijah McClain was choked and given the anaesthetic ketamine by police and paramedics, according to The PBWW website. Someone in the neighbourhood contacted the cops because McClain was carrying groceries and wearing a mask. McClain wore the mask because he was anaemic, chilly, and an introvert. Two years later, a 32-count indictment was issued against the three policemen and two paramedics implicated in McClain's death. “I'm not done yet, but I'm halfway there. “I'm halfway there,” Sheneen McClain told the AP. “I know Ms. McClain and her family waited a long time for this. “This tragedy will permanently impact our community,” said Aurora Police Chief Vanessa Wilson. The report says: Authorities accused officers Randy Roedema, Nathan Woodyard, and Jason Rosenblatt with manslaughter and criminally negligent murder. Roedema and Rosenblatt were also charged with second-degree assault with intent to injure and one count of a violent crime. And they're each facing three

Ronald Greene's family and the general public were all given a sad but completely false narrative about this 49-year-old Louisiana man's last moments alive. Greene died on May 10, 2019, when his vehicle collided with a "tree/shrub" just outside Monroe. However, we now know that everything they were told was a lie after the release of body camera footage that portrayed a completely different image. Greene was not killed in the accident, and the department attempted to cover it up. We are aware of this cover-up in part because of a courageous policeman who discovered it and could no longer remain quiet. This policeman is Louisiana State Trooper Carl Cavalier — and as a result of blowing the whistle, he is now being punished while the policemen involved in the cover-up continue to work. Cavalier says he learned of Greene's death last year when a colleague informed him about the terrible body camera video proving Greene did not die in the vehicle accident as police fi

A video of a Chicago police officer assaulting an unarmed woman has gone viral, with many saying it was an act of racial profiling. The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) is now examining the event. According to the victim's attorneys, Nikkita Brown was assaulted without provocation while walking her dog on her way home. Brown's attorney, Saulter Law P.C., told the Chicago Sun-Times that the officer approached her as she was walking her dog at a park that had allegedly closed.Brown had already left the park and was going home when the Chicago policeman started following her and eventually attacked her. As the video demonstrates, Brown is not causing any damage and is just going home with her little dog when she is approached by the police. Brown seems to be recording the cop, which appears to anger him even more, as he reaches for her phone before to seizing her. As the policeman assaults Brown, she can be heard screaming "let go!" She tries to extricate
