Cops accuse an innocent sleeping 13-year-old boy of car theft and force him to be mauled by a K-9.

Image
A 13-year-old boy was asleep in the backyard when he was attacked by a police K-9. The boy was wrongly accused of being involved in car theft. The Cedar Rapids police department was slapped with a lawsuit this week by the boy's mother. The attack unfolded on August 12, 2020, and was captured on police body cameras. The lawsuit asserts excessive force was used by officers involved in the arrest, as well as K- 9 officer Nathan Trimble and his canine partner, and that there was negligence in police canine training and racial discrimination that amounted to reckless disregard for the rights and safety of others, including the boy, according to the lawsuit. The police department said they were pursuing a suspect in a stolen vehicle investigation who may have been armed. The suspect was eventually captured, however, as they searched for him, officers came upon the boy and the dog mauled his arm, despite the fact that he was unarmed and posed no threat to the dog. Amber Guyger's appeal begins, when a murdering cop claims "self-defense" in the killing of Botham Jean.

Image
Amber Guyger was found guilty of murder in the death of Botham Jean in March. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Her lawyers have appealed, saying there was insufficient evidence to prove she committed murder. Her attorneys say she acted in self-defense and that the evidence was insufficient to prove her guilt. If she wins, Guyger could be freed later this year. The judge gave her a hug before she was taken off to jail and told her, "you can have mine. I have three or four more at home." She was fired from the police department nearly 3 weeks after the shooting and was fired for her actions three weeks later, when she shot Jean in his own apartment, killing him. The jury found Guyger guilty of manslaughter, not murder and sentenced her to just 10 years, but she was granted an appeal. The appeal was granted in spite of the fact that all sides of Guyger entering Jean's apartment and killing him were accepted by all sides, despite the fact she was unarmed and it was cl

Cops Are Captured by a Woman Putting a GPS tracker on a car and then removing it—the cops then demand it be returned.

Image
A Louisiana woman found a tracking device on her car and removed it, not knowing what it was. Police put it there after arresting her on drug charges. A local NAACP president contacted the police, who demanded the tracking device be returned. Police refused to produce the device, saying they had a warrant for the device. Such devices are illegal for civilians to use in Louisiana, but legal for law enforcement in some circumstances.  "I didn't know if it was a bomb, but then I did find out it was a tracker," the woman said. Police: "This is part of an ongoing investigation involving Ms. Beverly and a suspect with federal warrants"  A warrant was obtained for the surveillance equipment, according to police, but they didn't provide it to the woman when asked to. The NAACP president said police asked him to contact the police on the woman's behalf. The device had been placed by the Warrick County Sheriff's Office, who suspected the woman of being a drug

What It's Like to Ride a Bicycle in a Police State Because Melanin Is Present

Image
Two melanin men were assaulted with deadly weapons, forced to crawl on the ground, and nearly shot by police. One of the men, who goes by the handle Riskie_e on Tik-Tok, happened to be filming with his Go-Pro camera at the time of the stop. The two young men were wearing Go-Pros, holding grocery bags, riding expensive bicycles with highly reflective gear and neon lights. "You fit the description," one of the cops can be heard saying in the video. "We ain't do nothing," Riskie yelled. "I'm saying you got your guns drawn and we ain't done nothing." The two men were told why they were being held at gunpoint and humiliated by cops. The video has since gone viral and received more than 1 million views on YouTube. The men were stopped by a police cruiser parked in front of their home after robbing a couple earlier that night. The police officer accused the pair of robbing a couple of robbing couples earlier that day. A young man riding his bike in S

Cop Shoots Fellow Officer While Killing Student in High School Bathroom

Knoxville, Tennessee, DA releases body camera footage of school shootings. Anthony Thompson Jr., 17, was shot and killed by a police officer in April. DA Charme Allen says it was "reasonable" for officer Clabough to feel his life was in danger. The DA says the use of force was justified and the officers involved will not face charges. The school and police officers involved have all been cleared of any wrongdoing, Allen says. The shooting occurred in the school bathroom where Thompson was found with a gun. The two officers involved in the shooting will not be charged, the DA said Wednesday night.  The full investigation will be aired on CNN at 10 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 13. Ahead of the show, com will share the bodycam footage from the school shooting with you. Anthony Thompson Jr. was first reported entering into a domestic incident with another student at Austin-East Magnet High School. Thompson got into a second domestic assault at the high school. Police were not awa

Chauvin was just the eighth cop convicted of murder since 2005, thanks to a system that encourages killer cops.

Image
Officer Derek Chauvin was convicted on all three charges against him in the killing of George Floyd. Since 2005, American cops have killed over 15,000 citizens while on duty. Of the 1,127 people killed by police in 2020, only 277 of them were suspected of a violent offense. The majority of police killings involve calls in which there was no crime or the suspect was only suspected of non-violent offenses. The cops who killed Elijah McClain, Andrew Finch, Kameron Prescott, Daniel Shaver, Charles Roundtree Jr., Stephon Clark, and countless other completely innocent individuals — all got away with it. This is not okay. The verdict is a major victory for police accountability activists and people were literally crying with joy in the streets of Minneapolis. It's just one battle in a war Americans have been losing for decades. The fight for justice will continue to be a long, long way from a victory for justice for all Americans and police accountability is a long way to go, as this verd

Cops Innocent Cup children, Steal bikes, 'Bicycle License Arrest Them Over Stop'

Image
Perth Amboy, New Jersey swarmed by cops for not having a "license tag" on their bicycles. The city of Perth Amboy is a tyranny thanks to greedy politicians and proponents of the police state. Citizens who wish to ride a bicycle — even children — must pay them a fee every year for the privilege of peddling. If you fail to follow the legislation to the 'T', police and government claim the authority to steal your bicycle, extort, and even kidnap and cage you. The court may, in addition to the penalty provided herein, suspend or revoke any license issued under this chapter. Any bicycle being operated or propelled in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, upon the personal observation of a law enforcement officer, is subject to immediate confiscation, according to the law. The law is ridiculous. It should be made illegal to ask the chief of police for permission to ride their own bicycles and provided further. A group of melanin teens biking through the town

Taxpayers will be held accountable after cops break an innocent grandmother's arm during a raid.

Ruby Jones, 74, was assaulted by police when they came to her home to arrest her mentally ill grandson for calling in a bomb threat. The Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, police force will be held liable for the actions of three officers who assaulted the elderly woman. The taxpayers of Oklahoma City will be liable because the officers were incompetent when it comes to de-escalation and common decency. The incident happened back in August, but police didn't release the body camera footage until this year. The officers either used excessive force against Jones or failed to intervene in her assault to stop it, according to a lawsuit filed by Jones. "My arm, sir," Jones said is heard saying in the video. "I don't know that ma'am," an officer said. "Well, I do," Jones responded. " well, I did," the officer said in response to Jones' request for help. "He's bipolar. He's bipolar," Jones told KOCO 5 News she tried to help the o

Good cop, after she was fired to save bad cop from defeating man with handcuffs

Image
Cariol Horne was fired from the Buffalo Police Department in 2006 after she stopped a fellow officer from choking a handcuffed suspect. Horne has been fighting for 15 years to get her pension. On Tuesday, a state judge vacated an earlier ruling that affirmed her firing. The decision was prompted by the police killing of George Floyd, who was shot and killed by police in 2020. The city of Buffalo is now considering a law that would force officers to intervene if they see another officer using excessive force. It's unclear how many days Horne would need to work to regain her pension, however. "My vindication comes at a 15-year cost, but what has been gained can not be measured," Horne said after the ruling. "I never wanted another police officer to go through what I had gone through to do the right thing," she told the NY Times. The judge ruled that Horne would get her back pay and benefits, and granted her the back pay she had been denied.  Buffalo, New York, pol

Police shoot and kill an unarmed man after a traffic stop for ‘air fresheners,' claiming it was an accident.

20-year-old Daunte Wright was pulled over by police over an alleged expired tag. Officer Kim Potter, a 26-year veteran of the department, pulled out her gun and put a bullet in Wright's chest. The medical examiner concluded that Wright "died of a gunshot wound of the chest and manner of death is homicide" Police are attempting to downplay the homicide by claiming the officer who killed Wright, though she thought she grabbed her taser instead of her gun. "It is my belief that the officer had the intention to deploy their Taser but instead shot Mr. Wright with a single bullet," Chief Tim Gannon, Chief of the Brooklyn Center Police Department said. The police department is claiming it was an accident, Gannon said, and that Wright's mother heard a scuffle and an officer telling her son not to run, and then the call dropped off.  "He said they pulled him over because he had air fresheners hanging from his rearview mirror," his mother said. The officer

Cops assault an unarmed Lieutenant and threaten to charge him if he complains about being beaten.

Second Lieutenant Caron Nazario was on his way home from a long day of work at his duty station last December when he was targeted by some very bad apples for revenue collection. Windsor police officers Daniel Crocker and Joe Gutierrez falsely accused Nazario of having no license plate and then targeted him for a traffic stop. Nazario had just purchased the vehicle and the temporary plate was clearly visible in the back window of Nazario's SUV. Police beat down Nazario, made references to executing him (riding the lightning), and pepper-sprayed him without reason. The officers told Nazario that if he complained about the way they treated him, they would bring charges against him. "This is racism. It's about police dominance and humiliation of a black man because he asked questions and 'didn't comply,'" political figure and activist Julian Castro said of the treatment of the US Army soldier by police. The officers then told him that they had pulled him over

Children were kept at gunpoint, and a tiny teen girl was yanked from her car by her hair during a minor traffic stop.

What should  be  a warning to  a brand new  teen driver who just made her first poor decision behind the wheel morphed into an assault with nearly deadly results after cops treated  a gaggle  of small kids like hardened criminals? In February, 17-year-old Maliyah Clary had permission to be driving her mother’s car and had the permit  to try and do  so. However, she allegedly made  some  driving errors  a pair  of blocks  aloof from  her house so officers with the River Rouge  department of local government  targeted her for a traffic stop. Body camera footage released  on  shows what happens when a cop’s only tool  could be a  hammer — everything, even 105-pound children — begins  to seem   sort of a  nail. It was a routine traffic stop that morphed into a use of force incident after the officers became unreasonably  terrified of  three teenage girls in their mother’s car.  rather than  simply allowing the girl  to travel  get her mother, who was just two blocks away, the officers deci

Cops were called to a school bus after a 7-year-old autistic boy with a medical exception removed his mask.

Across  the planet , governments are using their only tool — which is force, or the threat of —  in a very  futile  try to  fight COVID-19. Because  the govt   doesn't  act on logic and reason and instead makes knee-jerk reactionary measures  that nearly  always end in loss of freedom, the citizens are growing weary of their actions. Children, who  don't  understand the complexity of such arbitrary dictates are hit  the toughest  when it  involves  issues like mandatory masks. For  people who   are   listening , the “experts” on the coronavirus  are   the entire  opposite of consistent when it  involves  advising Americans on  the way to  react to the pandemic. Since the lockdowns began in March 2020, hypocrisy has been at the forefront and masks are on  the most  stage. Despite little to no evidence of masks having  sway  on childhood COVID-19 transmission, schools across the country  still  force them to mask up  at college  — even outside on the playground. Taxpayers will be held liable if a cop kills a pregnant woman on the ground while pleading, "I'm Pregnant."

Image
A tragedy unfolded in 2019 in Houston, Texas when a Baytown  law officer  approached  a lady , 44-year-old Pamela Turner, and killed her. Turner’s last words before she was shot five times by the officer were “I’m pregnant.” Now, nearly two years later, the family has filed a  death  lawsuit against the  town   and also the  officer in  judicature . Today, April 8, would  are  Turner’s 46th birthday. Turner’s mother, Tamika Palmer has asked everyone to share the video of her daughter’s death  so  justice  could also be  served. Turner’s death was so egregious, Baytown officer Juan Delacruz was indicted last year on charges of  assault . The officer’s attorney maintains his client acted in self-defense after fearing for his life. But  once we  see the video  and therefore the  facts of the case, this claim becomes laughable. At the time of her death, Turner was reportedly  fighting   psychopathy , however, her neighbors and family said she was peaceful and kept to herself, which is why
