Man Calls 911 After Being Shot in the Arm, a Cop Arrives, Runs Him Over, and Kills Him – No Charges Are Filed

After being shot in the arm a year earlier, on June 13, 2021, Eric Cole, age 42, appropriately dialled 911 for assistance. However, the police were the first to arrive on the site, and Cole got no assistance. In actuality, he got the exact opposite, which proved fatal.

The incompetence of one of his officers, Amanda Rosales, which resulted in Cole's death was described by Police Chief Lee Graf as an "accident." Even if it wasn't intentional, dashcam footage reveals that the incident was entirely preventable. Officer Rosales drove her cruiser on top of Eric Cole, who was bleeding from a gunshot wound to the forearm and lying on the ground.

Graf said, "This was a mistake." This does not imply that it is acceptable.

Evidently, a grand jury fell for the story hook, line, and sinker, and this week, after an "investigation," criminal charges were dropped.

The grand jury found that the circumstances surrounding Mr Cole's death were unfortunate but not criminal, according to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.

"The lead police was attempting to record addresses on the home, Eric was laying in the street, and the officer did not notice him," claimed Graf at the time, preparing the scene for the events of this week.

The family disagrees with Graf's claim that Cole's death was accidental.

According to Dayton Now, Lakesha Bradford, Cole's sister, said, "There is no way in hell that she did not see him."

Cole's mother, Regina Wilson, said, "I want the cop to be held responsible, just as they would hold the suspect accountable if they catch them."

John Moore, Cole's closest buddy, said, "There is no reason for what has occurred." "We've seen all it. My eyes don't lie. You cannot deceive me; I have seen what occurred."

Last year, a family spokesman from the Springfield NAACP Division said, "We will have justice, I assure it." "Justice will surely be served"

Unfortunately, no one listened to their pleas for justice.

Immediate after Cole's death, the police published a statement claiming they did not know whether he was killed by the police car or the gunshot, illustrating the tendency of police to circle the waggons to hide the negligence of one of their own.

Cole was shot in the left forearm, but the injury was not fatal. According to the postmortem report from the Montgomery County Coroner's Office, the cruiser, not the gunshot in Cole's arm, was responsible for his death.

Moore said, "He was wounded in the arm." "A shot to the arm will not be fatal; the victim will recover. But we cover this up (a police cruiser hitting him). Why did we keep it secret?"

Cole was also on the phone with 911 when he was hit by the police car.

On the tape, Cole can be heard stating, "I'm about to die" and "I'm in the middle of the street." He said that he had been shot but was unaware of the perpetrator.

Before Cole declares, "They just struck me," the oncoming sirens of many police vehicles can be heard.

Cole says, "the cops," when the operator asks who struck him.

Later, he said, "Someone ran me over."

Soon afterwards, Cole would pass away, and the cover-up would commence.

"I am especially worried about the information sent to the dispatcher but not to the responding officer. In addition, there may be further civil court actions. "However, no criminal charges have been filed in this terrible situation as of yet," Yost said.

Moore said, "I lost my closest friend, and people don't realise how different it is when you lose the person you spend every day with and who always has your back."

A man dials 911 after being shot in the arm, a cop arrives and runs him over, killing him.

Eric Cole, 42, was shot in the arm and police were the first to show up on the scene. Police Chief Lee Graf is now referring to the negligence of one of his officers as an "accident," which left Cole dead. Graf says there are two investigations: one for the shooting and another looking into the reason Rosales drove her cruiser on top of a man who needed medical attention. Cole was shot in the arm, but his cause of death was not included in the initial police report. Cole was on the phone with 911 when he was hit by a police cruiser and told the dispatcher, "I'm about to die" The coroner has not yet ruled on Cole's death and the coroner is still looking into the case.
