Police Officer harasses man at his home accusing him of being someone else.

This video shows a police officer harass a man in his own yard and accused him of being someone named Quintin.

Originally this officer stopped in front of this man's house accusing him of having a dog that did not belong to him.
The man and woman with him repeatedly tell the police officer that he is wrong and not the person he is looking for. The cop proceeds to tell him that he has warrants out of Louisiana while the man pleads with him and tells him he is not the man the officer is looking for.
