Cop Rips female’s Hair from Her Scalp Over broken ‘1/3 Brake light’ That becomes working

Shynita Phillips Abu was “jamming to music” in her car after  a visit  to a post office earlier this month when a  city  County Sheriff’s deputy targeted her for extortion. His reason for pulling her over and eventually assaulting her? He claimed her “third brake light” was out. In the land of the free, petty traffic violations like third  visual signal  bulbs can  and can   cause  innocent people to be assaulted and kidnapped. While  it's  technically an infraction if your third  stoplight  bulb is out,  in keeping with  Abu, when she picked her car up from the impound lot after the deputy took it,  the sunshine  was actually working. Abu has since filed a complaint against the department alleging excessive force. The department is now investigating. According to Abu, who filmed the interaction, the officer became belligerent during the stop when she disputed  the explanation  for the stop. Abu says the officer apparently didn’t  just like the   proven fact that  she was filming

An Ohio cop will start a 60-day unpaid suspension today in an act of swift but limited accountability for  an event  that unfolded last week. Mansfield  law officer  Jordan Moore was seen on video dragging a handcuffed teen around by his hoodie for absolutely no other reason than to  meted out  punishment. While many claim Moore should be facing criminal charges, and he should, the speed at which he was issued a suspension is encouraging.  only too  often, we see similar incidents  during which  cops sit on paid leave for months and even years as their excessive force is “investigated.” On Monday, Mansfield  captain  Keith Porch said Moore was found  to possess  violated departmental policy  referring to  the treatment  of individuals  while in custody and unsatisfactory performance after  an interior  review of the incident. Whether or not a criminal investigation is  happening  is unclear. The incident unfolded on Oct. 12 during the arrest of Dwaine Chapman on charges of menacing,

On Sunday evening, owners of ATVs and dirt bikes gathered together in Providence, Rhode Island,  and started  riding through  town  streets. During this make-shift parade, a  lawman  was seen appearing to chase  one in all  the riders — despite policy forbidding such chases — before ramming  the person , sending him flying through the air. That 24-year-old man is now in critical condition. Providence police say  they're  now investigating the officer-involved incident.  in step with  Providence  police captain  Hugh Clements, officers were  within the  area after responding to multiple calls about the 200-300 ATVs riding through  the realm . The vehicle  the person  was driving  wasn't  an ATV and  perceived to  be a scooter. Although Providence Police were seen following the ATVs  and therefore the  man on the scooter, the Providence  local department  has certain no-chase policies  because of  public safety liabilities, and police say stopping the bikers  is commonly   a pr
