Cops Compelled to Taser K-9 After It Mauled Teen for NINE MINUTES

Devondrea Williams' nightmare this week escalated into a nightmare when police let their K-9 attack him for 8 to 9 minutes, according to the teen's relatives. Williams' mother is now seeking answers after receiving nothing but abuse from the cops.

According to police, they were looking into an alleged altercation between an unknown person and the driver of a truck in which Williams was a passenger. The vehicle was stopped by police when the driver became engaged in a brawl, but Williams was targeted "for no reason."

According to Williams, officers sought his information before ordering him out of the pickup truck's rear seat.

“I notice him going for his handcuffs, and as I try to place my hand in this position, he forcefully grabs my arm. I stare at him, and then two more policemen shove me. They shove me into the vehicle, and out of the corner of my eye, I see the dog, and then the dog attacks me,” Williams told KMOV. “I believe he bit me five times.”

Regeana Canada, who lives near the scene of the event, claims she walked out to video it after hearing the ruckus outside.

“I'm a mother, and they are somebody's children,” Canada said.

According to Canada, which videotaped the stop and the following assault, the dog attacked the kid for eight to nine minutes, ripping the skin off his leg.

“I've never screamed like that in my life,” Williams said.

Even though its master repeatedly screamed the release order, the dog would not let go of the teen's leg. To bring the assault to a halt, cops had to stun the dog to get him away from Williams' leg.

“They needed to tase the dog,” Williams said. “Shouldn't the dog listen to you if you have a K9?”

Canada said she has no clue why the dog was released, despite the fact that Williams was cooperating with police and posing no danger.

“I'm not anti-police; there are just certain concerns regarding that specific event that I'd want to have addressed because I'm not sure why the dog was allowed to go free,” Canada said.

Until now, authorities have remained silent and have refused to answer any inquiries. They released the following prefabricated statement only in response to media pressure, which, according to Williams and Canada, is not accurate.

Officers pulled over a car driven by many of the people engaged in the altercation. At this point, police tried to collect more information in order to determine the precise nature of the incident.

A person hindered the investigation and resisted arrest during the traffic stop. They were apprehended with the help of a police K-9 unit. As this inquiry is continuing, no further information can be provided at this time about this issue.

Although police said Williams resisted arrest, Canada asserts that he never did. Additionally, although police say that Williams was detained, both Canada and Williams assert that none of the vehicle's passengers were apprehended.

“No, he did not resist arrest in the least,” Canada said, adding that none of the others with Williams were detained as well.

Williams was hospitalized after the incident and had surgery to mend his leg and hand.
