2 Cops Indicted After Video Caught Them Groping and Beating Innocent Women

As the echo chamber from the police apologist crowd ramps up their anti-protest propaganda, it's getting harder for them deny the rampant violence administered against non-violent peaceful protesters since George Floyd's death.

No one here is saying that criminals aren't exploiting these protests for political and private gain by looting and destroying things.

All the stories on which TFTP has reported involve unprovoked violence on innocent, peaceful protesters.

When video of Ivoré Westfield and Rachel Harding originally surfaced, police apologists claimed that the 2 young women must are criminals to be treated so savagely.

They weren't , and now in the week , the cops who groped and beat them are indicted.

Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears announced Wednesday that a jury returned indictments against two Indianapolis Metropolitan cops , officer Johnathan Horlock, a five-year veteran; and officer Nathanial Schauwecker, an eight-year veteran.

Horlock was indicted on three counts of battery, official misconduct, perjury and obstruction.

Schauwecker is accused of 4 counts of battery and two counts of official misconduct, consistent with the Indy Star.

The officers will remain on administrative duty while the interior investigation continues, Taylor said, and he intends to "Address our administrative review of the officer conduct at the conclusion of the continued prosecution ."

As TFTP previously reported, the 2 women who were abused therein video have filed a lawsuit.

The federal lawsuit filed in June within the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana is on behalf of Westfield and Harding who were savagely attacked after being trapped by cops, unable to travel home, then beaten for violating curfew.

It is important to means that a lot of of the arrests that have taken place during these protests involved violations of unconstitutional curfews which are enforced across the state .

When citizens refuse to be silenced and don't head home when told they need to, police begin a process referred to as kettling.

For those that could also be unaware, kettling may be a police tactic for controlling large crowds during demonstrations or protests.

It involves the formation of huge cordons of cops who then move to contain a crowd within a limited area.

Protesters are left just one choice of exit controlled by the police - or are completely prevented from leaving - with the effect of denying the protesters access to food, water and toilet facilities for a period of time determined by the police forces.

Essentially, people that stay out past the curfew are being kettled by cops who don't allow them to go away then are tear gassed, pepper sprayed, beaten with batons, then arrested.

This tactic is very controversial because multiple instances have captured cops abusing people that are innocent, including the press, and bystanders who aren't even participating within the protests.

If you think that staying out past curfew is somehow wrong, remember to early May when the proper wing was doing an equivalent thing to demonstrate against the unconstitutional lockdowns.

Those who stay out past curfew have found themselves subject to horrifying treatment up to and including being shot within the face with rubber bullets and tear gas grenades.

In the following video, we see Westfield who is close to be taken into custody for being out past curfew.

As the cops plan to take her in, one among them appears to grab her near her breasts, causing her to interrupt away.

According to the OP:. From this view you'll see the cop grope the lady he's restraining, that's why she breaks away Then in fact a six cops beat her for not eager to be groped.

Sure enough, as Westfield gets free, a six cops surround her and start pummeling her with their batons, before slamming her into the concrete and jumping on top of her.

For good measure, cops off camera shoot her with pepper balls.

When a bystander - another woman who is additionally now a part of the lawsuit, identified as Harding - attempts to inform them to settle down , she is shoved to the bottom also as another half-dozen cops pile on top of her.

Twitter user Bob Holley tweeted the video out with the subsequent caption, which sums up things quite accurately.
